A binding figure on a house is produced only after the firm studies that property, and it is delivered to the owner in writing. Market readings quoted in research are drawn from the sources named beside them and are published for orientation, not as valuations.

Rhode Island law governs these terms and any dispute connected with the use of this site, reflecting the state where the firm is based. Where a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to stand.
